基于HLA的装备保障机构联邦成员开发研究

装备保障机构作为装备保障系统的主要组成部分，在装备保障活动中起着重要的作用。针对构建装备保障分布式仿真系统的需求，在分析装备保障机构主要功能和业务流程的基础上，设计基于HLA的装备保障机构联邦成员体系机构，开发联邦成员的对象模型，说明视景显示及数据库的实现方法，并最终完成联邦成员的设计工作。     

确定决策数据可信度阈值的方法研究

从数据满足某种决策需求或目标的角度出发，提出“可信度阈值”及“阈值确定三原则”的概念。可信度阈值指数据能够满足某种决策需求或目标，而必须具有的可信度范围值。阈值确定三原则含：正相关原则、层次对应原则和习惯划分原则。数据可信度阈值的确定通过建立初始数据可信度阈值，以及调整可信度阈值实现。     

基于知识理论的装备保障训练能力研究

针对信息化条件下装备保障训练问题,提出了基于知识理论的装备保障训练能力。介绍装备保障训练能力的内涵、基本问题,对装备保障训练过程进行分析,构建装备保障训练能力演化过程模型,对装备保障训练能力演化过程进行深入剖析。该研究为装备保障训练的分析与研究提供了一种新的方法与思路,对促进装备保障能力的生成具有一定的参考价值。     

Numerical and experimental studies of polyurethane foam under impact loading

Proper predictions of the behaviour of shock absorber materials are of utmost importance in safety assessments for licensing casks for transport and storage of highly active waste. After having identified significant discrepancies between numerical results and the actual response of polyurethane foam limiters subjected to accidental scenarios, a new research project ENREA was established by BAM. A major objective is to enhance and to develop advanced material models intended to simulate limiters under impact loading. They should account for all major factors influencing the load–deformation relationship like temperature, strain rate and specific stress state. The corresponding test program, applicable plasticity models, the overall parameter identification strategy based on local and global optimization techniques as well as experimental and numerical results are presented here in particular for closed cell foams.     

Corrosion mechanism of HVOF silicate glass coating in 5% NaCl solution

On the basis of good anticorrosion capability of silicate glass,silicate glass coating was sprayed by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) and the corrosion mechanism in 5% NaCl solution was studied. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) ,energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) ,X-ray diffraction (XRD) and potentiom- eter were used to study the coating composition and corrosion process. The result shows that silicate glass coating is entirely noncrystallizable. Silicate glass coating has very low incidence of hole with compact structure. Electric double-layer can form at coating/solution interface and corrosive solution performs as a lead connecting the coating surface and substrate after permeating through glass coating. The corrosion mechanism of silicate glass coating is similar to that of glass and the entire corrosion process can be divided into some states. The whole corrosion process happens in glass coating without substrate basically. The fluctuation of the self-corrosion potential about glass coating in corrosion solution can help to research the corrosion process.
